‘The Sugarplum Tearoom’ has been open in Rhewl, Ruthin since 2012. Our love of food and hospitality is reflected in everything that we do. We are passionate about homemade food made from high-quality fresh ingredients, using local suppliers.

AFTERNOON TEA

Relax, unwind and pause for one of life’s special pleasures, this traditional social event Is the perfect opportunity to spend time with someone special.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a last minute afternoon out, it’s our job to spoil you.

​

Our Afternoon tea for two is £20 per person and our Sparkling Afternoon tea for two (Served with prosecco) is £25 per person. We also do a children’s Afternoon tea for £13 per child.

Monday – Saturday  9.30AM – 4.00/5.00PM

Sunday – 10.00AM –4.00PM

Depending on footfall towards the end of the day we may some days close a little earlier. If you are wanting to visit after 4pm we recommend calling first to check we are open.
